Lifetime Terms & Fair Use
Effective 16 October 2026 · These terms describe the Founding Lifetime Unlimited VIP plan ($2,800 one-time, 100 seats). They supplement the general Terms of Service; where they conflict for Lifetime accounts, these terms control.
1. What your Lifetime seat includes
- Every AI model (36) — forever, including frontier, reasoning, coding, vision and fusion models, with new models added to the catalogue as they launch.
- Unlimited model usage under fair use: no daily, weekly or monthly token caps; rate limits of 5,000 requests/minute and 200 concurrent connections (the Scale-level standard).
- 5,000 image credits per year for image generation and editing (see §2), with paid top-ups available.
- 30 seats with SSO/SAML, role-based access and full audit logs; 200,000 RAG documents; Agents, Tools, Marketplace, Fusion and MCP.
- Priority support with WhatsApp onboarding.
- Price-locked for life: one payment of $2,800, no renewals, no further subscription fees.
2. Image generation is metered (not unlimited)
Image generation and editing run on paid, per-call GPU capacity. Unlike model inference, image volume carries a direct per-image cost, so it is metered separately from the “unlimited” model guarantee:

Top-up credits are consumed automatically once the yearly allowance is exhausted and remain valid for 400 days from purchase. Failed generations are never charged.
3. Fair use
- “Unlimited” means no token caps — not “no limits at all”. Rate limits (5,000 RPM / 200 concurrent), storage quotas, and anti-abuse and anti-fraud protections apply equally to all accounts.
- Workloads that consistently exceed the rate ceiling for 30+ consecutive days may be asked to migrate to an enterprise deployment; your Lifetime seat and these protections remain intact.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the service to third parties is not permitted under a Lifetime seat (see §6).
4. Refunds
- Lifetime seats are final once purchased. Every plan can be tested first (free tier and 7-day trial), which is why the Lifetime offer does not include refunds.
- Exceptions apply where required by law (e.g., statutory cooling-off rights).
5. If Plugsky discontinues the hosted service
Your $2,800 is treated as a prepaid Scale subscription:
- You receive at least 12 months’ notice before the hosted service ends.
- The months you have used are counted at the Scale list price ($120/month), and the remainder is refunded to you.
- Example: closure after 24 months → 24 × $120 = $2,880, so at list price the payment is fully earned and no refund is due; at the current $84/month launch price, 24 months = $2,016 and approximately $784 would be refunded.
- We will also provide a data and RAG export of your workspace.
A free self-hosted license is an Enterprise-plan option and is not part of the Lifetime seat.
Acquisition or ownership change: if Plugsky is acquired or changes ownership, your Lifetime access, price lock and the protections in this section remain valid and transfer with the service.
6. Resale, white-label and sublicensing
Lifetime seats are for your own use. They do not include white-label or reseller rights.
- Offering Plugsky (or its models) to third parties under your own brand — including running your own LLM API service on top of Plugsky — requires a separate Enterprise reseller agreement. Contact us and we will set one up.
- Sublicensing, multi-tenant resale, or removing Plugsky attribution without a reseller agreement is not permitted under this plan.
- With a reseller agreement, LLM inference, vision and image endpoints can all be included, with commercial terms, usage limits and support defined in that agreement.
7. Seats, transfer and workspace
- 30 seats are included, managed by your workspace admin.
- The Lifetime seat is bound to your account/workspace and is not transferable or resellable.
- Additional seats beyond 30 are available through Enterprise packages.
8. Model catalogue
Model aliases (for example plugsky-pro) are routing profiles: the underlying engines may evolve, be upgraded or retired as the catalogue evolves. Your entitlement is to the Scale-equivalent service level, including all models in the current catalogue, forever — not to any specific underlying model version.
