Plugsky Terms of Service — version history

We publish material changes to our Terms of Service here. Customers are notified at least 30 days before material changes take effect.

Version 2026-10 — current

• Uptime commitments documented per plan: 99.0% Starter · 99.5% Builder · 99.9% Growth & Scale · 99.95% Enterprise (service credits as the remedy).
• Fair-use wording clarified: unlimited usage on paid plans under fair-use rate limits; no token or request caps on paid plans.
• Refund and cancellation policy clarified (monthly cancel-anytime; annual pro-rata as published; trial one-time purchase terms).
• Payment methods expanded to include stablecoin/crypto payments (processed by Stripe).

Version 2026-10-05

• Standard trial set to 7 days with full model access; separate $5 one-time 1-day full-access option introduced.
• Image-generation fair-use allowances published per plan (Free 10/mo → Scale 5,000/mo; Lifetime VIP 5,000/yr), with self-serve top-up packs.

Version 2026-09-28

• Billing interval clarifications (monthly vs annual) and annual discount terms.
• Team seats, gifting and plan-transfer terms added.
